What Is Your QQS?

In his book “Think and Grow Rich”, Napoleon Hill discusses the importance of QQS in marketing.

What is QQS?

QQS stands for:

- Quality

- Quantity

- Spirit

To market services or products effectively one must adopt the QQS formula.

Napoleon Hill explains:

Quality of service means the performance of every detail in the most efficient manner possible.

Quantity of service means the habit of giving all the service of which you are capable, at all times.

Spirit of service means the habit of agreeable, harmonious conduct that will induce cooperation from associates and fellow employees.

QQS enables one to provide service in the proper spirit. If you have a personality which pleases and serves in a spirit of harmony this itself is a critical factor in your marketing campaigns.

Think about all the times you were willing to pay a little more for a product or service just because the person who is marketing it or promoting it is a good and pleasing person.

Quality and Quantity are important but with out the proper spirit – it won’t get you too far.
