Why I Like Using Google Groups For MarketingAnyone in marketing knows how important it is to have a mailing list to market to. Your mailing list is that list of contacts of people who opted in to “hear from you”.
However we know that building up a list of contacts is not easy. It can take a long period of time to build up a loyal list.
The question is – what can someone do to speed up this process? Is there a way where I can send an email blast so that it can reach thousands of people?

I like to treat these groups as a third party email list. By creating leverage with these groups you can easily develop a direct email marketing campaign.
Success with these groups all depends on joining the right groups and posting comments that are relevant as well to the group discussion. Some of these groups are very similar to a forum others are pretty much free style posting. The ones that are similar to forums are moderated carefully unlike the free style ones.
These groups are a great way to quickly expose your business to many people at once with out struggling to get people to join your list.
