1) Good Copywriting: Real good writing that can generate a response. Writing words that can sell is more powerful then any amazing looking website. What does this mean "words that can sell?" - This simply means writing pre-selling information. For example let's say you want to promote a product - how would you write pre-selling information in regards to that product? In a nutshell: write the content as if you are speaking with a friend. Take out the "I" in your content and always put in the "You". Mention all of the amazing aspects of your product, add testimonials (third part recommendations) and their you have it.

2) A Real Good Niche: Many times I'll turn down clients If their product or service is focused on a real competitive niche. Just last week a small company promoting skin care products approached me and asked about my services. After reading about their products I felt that their wasn't anything really unique here. I asked them if they could describe for me in once sentence what is so unique about their products and they answered: "Dead Sea Products." Now this is a market that is extremely over flooded with many many companies promoting the same product - just different name.
