LinkedIn has an "Events" platform where you can search for all of the events for professional happening in Israel.

Join the many Israeli LinkedIn groups as well (if relevant to your business) and promote pre-selling information.

I've found Facebook effective for marketing in Israel using these tools: Events and Ads. The ads is the pay per click advertising platform on Facebook (similar to Google ads) - where you can promote your business via Facebook ads targeting very specific crowds and profiles on Facebook. The events tools is very effective because you can promote a local event or an online event (teleseminar etc..) and I've found that people respond better to event invitations.
