Getting Your Product Into Retail Stores - Tip - Part 3





If you are looking to supply your products to retail chains there are many ways to go about it.

For example - you can go hunting for distributors, attend a vendors day, attend an exhibition etc..many ways to get there however its not as easy as it sounds.

My advice is to simply call the retail chains and ask them who are the distributors/ reps that they deal with and who can they recommend.

You want to deal with a reps/distributors that already have two feet in the buyers door.

A few things:

1- Don't focus on the big retail chains. Focus on the smaller niche retail chains that are relevant to your products. It's much easier to contact them then the big boys.

2- I've found using Google maps to to be very helpful when it comes to looking for smaller chains.
