1.You must be a PHD candidate- Passionate, Hungry and Driven

2. You must have a business concept that directly supports your passions and your beliefs.

3. Your concept solves a problem or is what is needed in the market place.

4. You must have a defendable outline of your business, the purpose it serves and the market size for your product or service.

5. You must have at least one co-founder or partner besides yourself.

6. You are located in Israel.
