How Not To Build a Business

There are many ways how not to build a business. I would just like to focus on one area, something that I have learned over the past few days with this economic crisis that is striking America and that is: What are you intentions as you are building your business?

Are you building your business because you want to change the world? Or are you building your business because you want those 'executive bonuses'? Many times I hear people say things like: "Once my business gets off the ground - then the bonuses will start rolling in...ahh I cant wait...", If this what you are focusing on, thats just fine... but know that in the long run you will run out of money and the guts will get ripped out of your business.
