How Often Should You Follow Up With a Prospect?
"How I often should I follow up?" is the ultimate #1 question my clients ask when I send them a lead.
I know all to well that most professionals do not like the follow up process.
Lead generation is what I do 24/6. Companies tell me who they need to connect with and I hunt down those people. Once the lead is generated - meaning - the prospect expressed interest I then forward the "hot" lead to the company.
How long does it take me to get generate a lead that says "I'm interested"?
After sending the initial email - I'll send 3-4 follow up emails within a two week period.
The second follow up email will usually get sent within 48 hours from when I sent the first email.
After this two week period - I'll usually wait a few weeks and then I'll do another round of 3 emails.
If I have a client that is paying extra to make phone calls - we will usually call the prospect after the second email follow up.
