Affiliate Marketing in 2011 - Focusing Your Efforts on Facebook -Part 1My number one rule in Facebook marketing is: Never promote products directly to your network. People can't stand that. It's always best to promote via the back door by creating Facebook pages and groups. However with Facebook advertising you can reach unlimited amount of people way beyond your network! With the Facebook advertising (pay per click) you can target very specific niche markets. This is why its so powerful. I've been testing it lately and have been pretty impressed with the results! How exactly can you promote other peoples products via Facebook? Very simple: Go to Clickbank.com - its free to sign up. Once you've signed up - go to where it says: "Marketplace" - browse through the categories and once you find a product (obviously a product with a good rating) copy the affiliate link of that product and put that link in your advertising campaign on Facebook. Every time someone clicks on that link and makes a purchase - you get a commission. Start with a low budget on your advertising campaign. Test, test, test and test until you get it right.
